To encourage our youth to understand the importance of literacy, their history, and community involvement, Bostick Law Group sponsors an annual scholarship of $1,000.00 to a high school senior who writes the best essay on the given topic for the year.
2022 Topic:
Is attending an HBCU an important factor in deciding where you go to college? Why or why not?
Qualifications:
The applicant must be enrolled as a senior high school student in Florida and enrolled by January 20th of the calendar year.
The essay must be 500 – 750 words in length discussing the above-referenced topic. The essay should include details about how the topic has impacted the applicant’s life personally.
Applicants must show proof of at least 10 hours of community service.
Essays must be submitted and received by June 22, 2022.
The essay winner will be notified by email or phone by August 1, 2022. Please include your contact information when submitting the essay. One entry per student.
